Returns & Exchanges

As we do not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing, please measure your furkid correctly before purchasing our products to ensure you get the correct size.

Received a faulty item?

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace this item for you free of charge and cover all associated shipping costs.
*Original shipping costs are non-refundable*
Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.


Steps

1. Take a photo/ video of the faulty item in good lighting.
2. Send a request to woof@hawdawg.sg - please include your order number and / or item so that we can easily identify your purchase.
3. Once we have confirmed receipt of your email and that the product is indeed faulty, we will provide a shipping address for you to return to.
    *For Singapore-based customers, we will pick up and exchange the goods at your time and place of convenience*
